Yes, just pick up a new set of npr turbo pistons from ebay and use those. Everything else inside the engine is the same other than not having oil squirters.
 
Turbo engines are better off with squirters. A lot of the OE companies are going to great lengths to integrate them into factory engines. My Ford pickup truck has them. We've even installed them on a couple of V8's that we've built for turbo and nitrous use. They can be easily fitted to an N/A 6 bolt or a 2.4L block.
 
They have to be accurately located so they properly intersect the oil galley and also so they aren't in the way of the piston skirt. Not a hard job but it requires some precision. We do it on a vertical mill.
 
Many of the supporting vendors sell the oil squirters.
