N/T throttle body in a turbo motor?

Does anyone have a N/T throttle body in a turbo motor? I hear its not good cuz of air pressure and also where would the vacuum hoses go?
 
you need to rebuild the tb shaft seals, and i don't use any of the vacuum lines anyways. here's an old pic of my setup. i'll have to get new ones soon of the maft setup i'm running now.

Rebuild shaft seals?

Could you explain more detail so that a newbie europen could get this :laugh: :cool:
 
I read (on a diff forum) several bigHP DSMs using the NT TB in lieu of $$aftermarket$$ versions due to reliability. One such DSM recently made 700WHP with one OMG

Never seeing an NT TB upclose.. is there any advantages over a Turbo version?
 
simply follow the tb shaft seal replacement vfaq on www.vfaq.com . the ideas are the same whether its nt or turbo.

some people have claimed that the inlet on the nt tb is like 1mm larger or something (64mm vs 63mm) but i've never seen any proof. i run it personally because my buddy had a powdercoated one sitting around with the rebuilt seals already in it so i didn't have to wait on him to rebuild my turbo tb's. all i had to do was make a custom upper intercooler pipe with the bend in the piping itself since there's no throttle body elbow on the nt's.
