n/t 90 Over heating and leaking oil bad

Hi this is my second post and i've done a very bad thing to my talon. I've been having this over heating issue it ran fine before i stop driving it for a week then it just randomly started over heating. Pulled the thermostat squeezed the hoses and coolant isn't flowing anywhere! So i figured I just need a new water pump. but before that my car heated to some outrageous temp above the redline! I now have a massive oil leak. Anyone know what i did and what i should do? the leak is coming right under the header from the gasket i'm posting a picture its to the left of the first bolt on my header in between the head and the block i'm really hoping it's just a blown gasket. Help please. she's my baby and i'd like to have her back on the road asap! thanks DSMers,

What'd I call it .. a blown HG. If that's the case, the head and block possibly took a warp, or even got a cracked head since the temp went all the way above the red line into unknown territories.

Sorry, but you might have some serious repair bills that you're gonna have to face.

dang! Thank you very much i'm going to pull it an inspect it! but for now I also pulled the head off of a 93 n/t which I think i'm going to shave down and put some oversize valves like I wanted to. I think it's a blessing in disguise? thank you very much!

The 93NT will have slightly different intake arrangements than your 90 since the 93 is a 7 bolt head and the 90 is the 6 bolt head. Better check it out before getting too crazy..

You might also have to use the INT and EXH manifolds that's bolted to that 93 head.

it figures as much! ugh okay i'll check it out if that's the case i'll see if I can salvage my head. I have my shopping list and i've already budgeted each pay so I can be done by december. I'm going off of xhypno's n/a build. Do you know how I can get a bigger butterfly for my Throttle body when i bore it?
