Resolved Mystery Plugs?

It's hard to tell where you are at? What side are you on and what location?

Right under the intake manifold. That bolt sticking out is for the carrier bearing on the axle

Sure looks like a '90 harness... you didn't bother looking through this, did you: The 1990 Engine Control Wiring Harness?

The two pin is either for the knock sensor or the EGR temperature sensor. I think the former because of the color of the connector as it appears to me to be gray, but I cannot say for sure and it looks like it has been spliced onto the harness and it looks like you have something connected for the knock sensor already.
The single pin is for the A/C magnetic clutch.

When I get home I'll go pop the hood on a couple of my 1g"s and see if I can help you out.
Its not the knock sensor plug is it?
