Mystery of the build!! Please help!!!

Okay so I have the 420a fully built all forged, ported head 1mm oversized valves bigger throttle body (60mm) bigger intake mani and ha a T-3 turbo stock injectors with 12:1 vortech FMU and a 255hp walbro. The problem is I finally broke in the motor and am ready to do 7 psi boost. Well when I drive the car the boost goes up really slow and is only at 3-4 psi at 3-4k rpms. I have seen others with the T-3 get to 7psi by that time. I did a boost leek test and its all sealed. I took the hose off the wastegate to see if maybe it was stuck open and the boost still went up slow. I also made sure the evap hose on the top of the TB was off and plugged to make sure boost was not going to the gas tank. My BOV is still causing compressor surge so I know its not opening during boost. So thats the first problem is the slow boost build. Next prob is the fuel pressure is not rising like it should. Its a 12:1 and its only doing like a 5:1. At 4 psi boost my fuel pressure hit 70 psi. Idle pressure is 50. So 5 psi for every pound of boost is what its doing. The wide band gauge is saying that uunder boost I'm in the 14 range which should be in the 11-12 range so I know its way too lean. Is there a chance that all the port work and extra air flow is too much for the stock injectors?? The FMU is brand new. Any ideas???? I'm stumped on this one and so frustrated.

very well could be the injectors, however you'd see signs of it like hitting a fuel cut, i'd upgrade the injectors anyway because stock ones are far too small to be running on a turbo application.

boost controller?? I have a ported 420a with all the same mods except turbo and I havent seen any problem with the air and fuel mixture, other than improvements. So I dont see why stock injectors would be a problem, but upgrading them wouldnt hurt anything, but your wallet.
