Your exhaust manifold reminds me what shep had in his talon :) Anyways hope you finish the project!

Looks good. How did you determine the primary lengths, and are they equal? Do you plan to back purge the welds?

I wanted longer primaries in hopes that it controls my top end a bit. So I just positioned the collector far enough away and went with it. And they are damn close to equal. Thank you!

What do you mean by control? Longer primaries shift your power curve lower in the RPM range.

Dahum son. I didn't think it was going to be this bad! Nice work. Glad to see progress. Keep her up.

looks sick.. will you have a heat shield protecting you light?? i would think that turbo would get hot enough to meld you headlight, but thats just me thinking!

Thanks everyone! This was my first shot at making something like this and I can say Im satisfied! I think an 18g is in the works for next season. this sch 10 is just obnoxious.

Very nice work. I wish I had the tools, skills, and money to do a custom build like this. Again great job. I need to ask you though with out sounding like a complete tard, how to you get you line up points for your lights, bumper, fenders, ect..Is this manily more trial and error? Does the front bumper kinda float once attached to the fenders?
