hi i was given a 1995 rs and i want to turbo it so should i buy a 4g63 motor or keep the one i i got and work from there

You're looking @ a huge project - so unless you have a whole lot of money, a 100% donor car, and a whole lot of time......

Sell the RS and buy a GSX.

8 grand thats alot....sell the rs get maybe a good 3,000for it
buy a gsx you might find one for $6,000-$8,000...and drop the rest in
the motor and be done with it....
making a rs to a gsx would take along time and alot of money
and with labor that alone would get you haha...

i would, if i were you... i would sell it and buy a GSX.
OR keep it and buy a 1G GSX. yeah, thats exactly what i would do. keep your RS for a DD. throw a few bolt ons from ebay for a lil more fun.

it wouldnt hurt to find some of the 420A Turbo'd guys and get some price info on a set up. im sure they could have saved $ knowing now, what they didnt know then- learn from thier mistakes. with ebay and parts from members it shouldnt be too expensive. + the money you'll save on insurance.
