Nice looking setup but my question is why spend all that money to run 20psi on the streets & 30 at the track, you can do that all day long on a stock setup ;) Run that 35R where it likes to be, 25-30psi (if you like to take it easy on the streets :shhh: ) on pump gas & meth & 35+ at the track :sneaky:

+1
you have a fully built block, no reason to boost a big turbo like that soooo low where it isnt too happy:|

I cant tell by the pictures, but is the manifold going to interfere with the upper rad hose? I just got a aluminum 1G Koyo for my 97 GSX because i am putting in a ramhorn and a HTA35R on my new build and it will offset the upper outlet to keep from having this problem. Just requires a little persuation to make it fit. Just a FYI in case you run into that problem.
Nice build though, mine is very similar

fyi still updating .. my buddy whos doing most of the work closed his shop for 2 weeks he just got married and had to go on his honeymoon.. hooray for me !..

Yo johnsonroda27, I remember you from south philly back in 04-05. I used to be down there every weekend, im the black guy with the black 98 tsi awd. We even raced a few times :)

I also remember seeing you once in the norristown area back in 05, you already had the talon bumper on.

Anyways, glad to see you still have your DSM (as i do). Who is this shop building the car for you?

You should come out to some meets once the car is running.
