Just go her running, I still have lots of work to do. I am only running 10lbs right now. I need to get tuned, and then I will get the boost to where it needs to be. Even at 10lbs will a little bit of tuning the car is unreal. I am very happy with this turbo. It is very strong, and great for daily driving. I do about 130 miles a day and I am getting about 23-24mpg with this turbo. Now I am not messing around very much but when I do my MPG is still really good.

I just got my fluidyne radiator, and COP setup. So I will try to put up some more pics after the 3 day weekend.

Dude you need to get some t-bolt clamps on them couplers!

You my friend just made me super jealous, i want that same set up.

I need to weld the intercooler piping together. The couplers and ghetto clamps are goign to be removed soon. I had to make all my own intercooler piping because no one makes shit for the galant. I also cannot weld aluminum. So I had to take it up the ass and just run it ghetto for a week or so. That is the other reason I have not turned up the boost. I am done with the motor break in, and just waiting on the intercooler piping to get welded and then I am off to the Dyno Tune.

I also only have 720cc injectors, and I am wondering how much abuse they are going to take. I just need to make sure the IDC does not go crazy once I go to 22lbs.
 
What did you do with the waste gate? Are you running it to the atmosphere, or back to the 02housing?

atmosphere dump. I have a 3 inch from the o2 back. I love the way it sounds. If i drive careful the cops dont even notice me, but once i gun it it gets loud. Then when the wastegate opens it is like running open header. It gets my nipples hard every single time the WG opens.

I will try to make a video this weekend, but all I have is my crapy digital camera.
 
I thought your sig says you have COP on your car or did you take it off?

Also what spring is in the fp wastegate to let you run only 10psi.
I am planning on buying an FP3065 but was thining keep the boost down until can buy a new tranny and center diff.

But also have a 2.4 so maybe it won't break things as much shifting at say 7000 rpm versus 9000 on a 2.0.

I have not put the COP on yet. It is still in the box :(. I was so excited about my car running that I was like I will get to it next weekend.

As far as the wastegate it is a Tial 44mm Vband WG. The spring is the big red spring. You can go to http://www.tialsport.com/prod_wg_44.htm and click on the wastegate springs and it will give you the full list of springs. Also the boost creeps to about 12psi, but I kinda expected it setting the boost soooooo low.

Hell yeah dude, I've had a couple of cars with OWG and it's awsome. Props:rocks:

I just need to get my setup on my car.:D
 
i know the feeling bro, when my b16g spools up to 17psi, and the hacked stock downpipe lets out a deep throaty tone it is so cool..........o wait, no it isnt.:D
