My First GSX

Hey there guys, I'm new to having an actual decent eclipse (last one was a 95 RS:/) i recently bought a 1998 GSX with a little over a 100,000 on it. From the outside the car is amazing but open it up and....ugh. But I'm aslo pretty new to forced induction cars too, i know a lot about cars but this one's a little tricky considering it's a cobbled mess. And ALL the lights flicker when it's running and smells like it's burning anti-freeze:/ if anyone has some advise or anything to help that would be AWESOME.

Flickering lights is usually a weak alt. The smell could be a leak or worse a bad head gasket. Lots of reading on this site will get you pointed the right direction.

Start out by doing all the maintenance. Read anything and everything you can on this site and you will be all set. Good luck with your new DSM.
