Are you sure your getting WOT. since it reads 96%. What psi are you running.

You need to go have a seat at the back of the bus.

Who cares about O2 voltage when you can see knock? O2 is worthless, unless it's a wideband. On a vehicle where you can read knock you tune for zero knock, period.

By the way if we were to assume that the narrowband stock O2 voltage was accurate, then 0.82V is lean NOT rich.

To the original poster, 96% TPS is fine don't worry about it. I didn't take a look at your mods, because I am lazy , but by your timing numbers it looks like you are using 650cc injectors. You are getting knock around 4k pretty bad. Go ahead and richen things up in that rpm range. Then make another pull and log airflow as opposed to TPS.

EDIT> Also, did you do a leak test?
