well i just got my exhaust on today, cat back, and i raced a fellow dsm and when i got infront of him he said he smelled something sweet, after a little argueing we found out it came from my exhaust, now im hoping that isn't something really bad, i just dont wanna hear, your headgasket is blown, i dont have any white smoke but it smells really good, any insight?

doesnt sound familiar at all... did you possibly run over some cotton candy and it burned on the exhaust??? has it smelled like that ever again?

most likely the welds or the exhaust its self you have to understand that the metal hasnt seen heat since it was assybled and that was just the flanges when I put an exhaust on my mr2 it did the same thing it wil go away.

samething here.... when i put my brand new greddy evo exhaust it smelled like pancakes.... i loved it... now you dont smell it anymore after a couple days
