My engine set up?

I was reading about seafoam to clean out my engine and when I was looking at my engine , mainly the throttle body, I noticed my vacuum line at P was rerouted. I included a pic so you know what I'm talking about. I bought the car with most of the mods done, the engine swap was done at Magnus and other work at Buschur so I'm just curious to know why the rerouting. Thanks.

They just eliminated the vacum hoses that usally run your emmisions.
