My DSM all the sudden runs rich, p0136, blue smoke, no power

1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse Gst with 99k, 16g turbo, eprom, halman boost controller, aluminum radiator, silicone hose, new timing belt, new tensioners, new rebuilt head with mls head gasket, arp studs...aem uego wide band.

recently, I had the head gasket done, timing and EGR. ..MY egr was bad causing my car to overheat due to glowing manifold. My ase mechanic removed my egr and installed a block off plate. The car ran like a dream for 20 miles. Turned it off. Started up, gave a little gas driving and blew a vacuum off the egr loop around for vacuum cap and put it back. . Now. ....the issue ...please help me. The car shows a fuel ratio on my Wide band of 10/11 constant while not even in boost, the car also displays a new code, p0136 and blows blue smoke out exhaust and the car has no engine power. This happened suddenly. Any ideas?

Check the turbo for shaft play- sounds to me like something in the turbo system isn't working as it should be. Any strange turbo noises during operation?

I have not specifically heard any. ..would it do that if o2 went bad from overheating exhaust manifold?

I think that may be the code for rear o2? but i have never had an o2 make the car smoke or run Extremely bad like what your desiption sounds is what happens from loose IC piping check the connection in the fender? just my 2 cents. Good luck!

Everything appears solid. Last time I blew an Ic pipe. ..it leaned out. ...this is extremely rich. ...my rear. O2 is non existent because wideband is hooked up to heater o2 port

Bump. ..maybe fuel pressure regulator
