running rich all the sudden!?

I am still thnking of trading my firebird for a 1990 talon awd. The guy that has it has went completly through the motor,new evo turbo,etc. He finally got it back up and running I believe, but it's running rich he says. What do you guys think? He said he thinks mabe the capacitors on the ecu is bad, and he may fix that?

I would check the maf or maybe a coupler that is not plug correctly and has a boost leak.
