My car suddenly started to stumble then die

On my 1997 eclipse gst spyder, i have a 14b turbo, MBC, injen intake,3" turbo back thats a cat delete. Everything else is stock. So last night after going at it with an s63, my car suddenly started stumbling at the next stop light and rattled by the drivers seat and just died. I managed to get it back home and the car would start but would stumble for a while and would make a really loud noise and die. Now in the morning it wont start, it would try to start and sound like its really really close to starting.

Timing belt, water pump spark plugs, wires all has been replaced a few days ago...starting to think i might need an engine rebuild.

You seem quick to suspect a rebuild. Have you tried doing a compression or leak-down test? Or a block test to rule out the headgasket?

Before going to something drastic such as a rebuild start off with the easy stuff. First thing is always do a boost leak test.

so i did a leak down and compression test, cylinders 3 and 4 have 0 compression. 1 and 2 have 120.

When i pressurize the fourth cylinder air pushes out the third and vice versa. I took off the head of the engine and hoisted it out the engine bay and the head gasket is blown and between cylinders 3 and 4 there is a huge and deep indent.
