My car SPINS the rear tires!!!!!

I am a 1g TSi AWD. Help, I got stuck in the mud and only the back tires were spinning. I have been having problems that felt like the clutch was spinning, replaced the clutch with a 6 puck, only to find out that it does the same thing. feels like its underpowered, even though I am(since the turbo is on its way, a t3/t4) I am only driveing it without one because it was in the shop, and since it still runs, I wanted to put some miles on the new rebuild(100 miles ago). I have had this thing a year and have only driven it like 15 short times(cause sumtin else always goes wrong) Please help cause I want to have this problem diagnosed before I get the turbo on it and get crazy I am also getting a logger which will help with the comp. diagnos!

I have an auto 2nd gen and when I power brake to launch, the rear wheels always break loose. But as soon as I let off the brake pedal the fronts grab and I'm gone! Ive been doing this for like 2 years so I hope nothing is broken....
