My car and turbo questions..

Whats up guys, I don't post on here much, usually read. My car needs valve seals, so after that I wanna boost 4-6 psi on my daily driver. Don't bag me on that idea, and say sell it, doch swap it, etc. I just wanna small boost for hills and such. I just have a couple questions but first let me shed my backround :D Here is my car, its a slow Spyder GS but I love it and so far it's been good to me...even after curb hoppin :thumb: Plan on using a 1g turbo manifold and probably a 14b. Any ways here are my questions...
4-6 psi
- can i use the stock 52mm throttle body
- can i use the stock injectors since im on low boost
- do i need a bigger fuel pump, if not wal 190 works
- knock sensor on low boost
- stock ecu good for low boost
- 12;1 fmu

Sorry for the newbness but these are just questions I didn't find awnsers too....here is my car LOL

4-6 psi
This might be more trouble than it's worth since the stock actuators are set to open around 10psi. You can't run lower boost than wastegate pressure even with a boost controller, so you would have to find a lower pressure actuator and somehow install it. Not impossible, but not very practical. The NA 4g64 can easily handle 10psi with a 14b.

- can i use the stock 52mm throttle body
Absolutely. It's not like it'll be a restriction, it's the same size as the 2g turbo throttle body.

- can i use the stock injectors since im on low boost
No. The stock 275cc injectors can't safely support a stock sized turbo. I would suggest using stock 450cc injectors and resistor pack. You'll also need a way to tune for any fuel mods.

- do i need a bigger fuel pump, if not wal 190 works
A stock turbo fuel pump would be enough. You could rewire it for peace of mind, but it's not necessary.

I'll leave the other 3 for those more experienced in NA-T conversion. ;) But in the meantime, I would highly suggest taking a look at this page:

Yes the 4g64 has been very helpful, thanks so much. Doesn't the 12;1 fmc control the airflow and fuel mix
