hey everyone i bought my 92 laser last april and since i bought it ive had overheating problems. i got sick of it and took everything apart cleaned it up and putting it back together slowly. here r some pix i got so far from before and after. tell me what u think and if u have any suggestions.

i have JE pistons, 50 trim turbo, dejon tools intake mani, 550cc injectors, prothane motor mounts and bushings, kyb ajustable struts and shocks, megan racing springs and there a few more things but thats the main stuff.

I agree! Is that a new tranny, or did you just clean it and paint?

its cleaned and painted with new cast by vht. its the same thing used on rebuilt parts from car quest ect...

Painting a transmission a bright color in a dark engine bay will make the bay look a lot cleaner. One of my big mistakes was painting my transmission black. It makes it look so much more cluttered.

looks like its coming along great dont see how its a budgt you bought some pricy parts brother mines a jew project not yours this things gunna be fast tho with those mods

only thing i can comment on and i am in no way shape or form a dsm xpert but 550s seem small and will not hold up the 50trim from what ive been reading maybe look into 650s or 1000s
