my brand new turbo shaft play help!

WTF my new bullsye turbo has shaft play in/out and side/side.and bought it with a polished cover.its brand new.from dsm shop,and looked everywhere and no option of a polished cover and you can see where they went a little deep,when i handed him the money he said ( YOU DONT NEED A RECEPT RIGHT ) i was like uh duh yes. thats what i thought .but i got a recept, and it says if tamperd with you will have no warranty.and its kinda shaved and high polish but only most of it.he told me if i wantined a diffrent one it would proably take about 3 months. because when he orders them they dont have all the parts most of the time,i paid $1,541.35 for it/ I DONT NO WHAT TO DO/WTF

when a turbo comes new alot of the time its dry, no oil in it, when its primed with oil the shaft play will go away i whet throught the same freak out with my greddy
