my awd "taken off the line" by a civic

The other day i was driving down the road, and i hear a loud bumblebee exhaust revving at me and accelerating and slowing down over and over again beside me. Usually i just ignore guys like this but for some reason i just wanted to own this guy. So we stop at a light and i look over its a honda civic..he asks me some crap about what stage turbo i have or something, i can hardly hear what he is saying at first becuase of his loud exhaust. He asked me something and when i asked him what he said he got this big grin on his face and told his girlfriend sitting next to him that i didnt even know what i had in my own car. Basically i know he's goign to take off when the light turns green so im getting ready to go too..but to my surprise..he starts inching forward while its still red and just BURNS OUT THROUGH THE RED LIGHT?!? it turned green literally 5 seconds after he went completely through it so i caught up to him on the road ahead and asked him what the hell he was doing...he told me that he could "time the light" and i told him that was bullshit because he just burned out through a redlight..then he asked me "why i was hating". Never the less he took off from a go and i killed that stupid civic anyhow...I guess i am just venting..every race i have ever been in you go when the light turns green...that guy is a peice of crap..i bet he is at home right now telling all his friends he stomped some turbo talon from a stop. .. :thumbdown

the guy in the civic acts like he knows about turbos and then burns out when hes trying to race you? ignorance or he knew he wouldnt be able to win so he just takes off so he could impress his simple minded girlfriend before the light turned green and u stained a black cloud on his windshield.

"why was i hating" that right there is the funniest line i've ever heard, so many people around here run around saying that like it some sort of way to back up what they do. Don't even worry about it though there's nothing u can do to people like that. Soon enough they will learn their lesson when they come across someone who really doesn't want to deal with their shit.

i had a similar problem with a mustang gt the other night.. guy was driving pretty quick so i decided to see if he wanted to play, got next to him and did the little pull on him to see if he wanted to mess around and he did.. i pulled him pretty good from a roll 3 times from ~30-80 or so.. i figured at that point it was established who was faster so i continued on my way.. well, the guy followed me for a couple more miles and finally cought me at a light. i guess he didnt know what the gsx on the back of my car meant but if i was walking him from rolls i was going to stomp him from a light. fine with me so.. im sitting there waiting for the turn arrow to go red and our light to go green, the turn arrow goes yellow and i start to power brake it waiting for the green.. and he just blasts off through the red! i was kind of stunned that he would actually blatently cheat (not to mention break the law) just to win, but his little ruse didnt pay off because i still cought and passed his ass haha. moral of the story- some people are dumbasses.. and.. uh.. dsms kick ass

hahah yeah really i mean who do these guys they think they are. . haha the other night i was driveing with 2 friends in the car and i saw this black (i think gts) 3rd gen pass me on the other side of the road. . .well not even 3 mintues later this guy is right next to me!. . haha that means at the light i had just past he saw me and turned around! what a. . #%$#^%#^%# then he trys to run me. . . i just look at him and laugh. . .haha then he gets pissed and turns back around. It just so happens he wanted to race on the same street where cops love to stop people . .what a dam A@@ B%&$#* besides. . .i would have pulled him nasty. . . the moral of the story is that . .even if i am or we our 2 gen and are prone to crankwalk. . . we STILL rule ass

123k and still winning . Beat a 350z today by 2 cars and than a stupid van cut in front of me so i had to stop. It was funny he heard my turbo and than i look behind my rear view mirror i see him speeding and changing lane just to catch up with me than we where at the light he looked at me and i look at who the driver was than waiting for the light to turn green. took off when light change green and he never caught up.
