I cut out the stock flapper and installed an old valve. The valve fit awesome in the step of the casting. Ported out the hole to 1.200". If it don't work guess ill do the tried n true.

Looks like some nice work! May I ask why you are doing this though, I not hating just wondering? Is it a cost thing so you don't have to buy an external gate ect or just trying something new?

I've never seen it done. A lot of people disagree with single sided waste gate. Ill be the test monkey. So if it don't work ill probably end up plumbing for 2 gates. Not an expense I want right now.
