During my junior year of high school i bought my first car. This was a 98 eagle talon esi. I got it for $1,200. I thought it was the fastest car ever. I put on some ebay exhaust and a cold air intake, trying to make it fast
Well right before my senior year of high school i turned 18 and moved out and into a house with my girlfriend. I decided it was time to step up to a faster car and have a preoject car. One of my friends had a 97 Eclipse Spydar gst that he wasn't allowed to drive because of high insurance. So i bought it from him for $2,500. I threw on an aftermarket ebay B.O.V., and a full bomez catback, I decided after that i wanted to paint the interior red and buy red leds under the dash and under the car, and also inverse gauges that have 7 shades of blue I put in a sony xplod radio, new speakers all around, along with a sony xplod 1000 watt amp and 2 12" poineer subs. I started doing more and more research on DSM's. I decided that i was going to buy a 16g turbo, and i got my exhaust manifold ported. I put on a cold air intake. I bought an open o2 dump to make it louder since the catback exhaust was super quiet with 2 resonators. I bought a j-pipe for the turbo and cut the stock intercooler pipe to fit. I had to remove the radiator fan because it got on the way of the j-pipe. I run the heat for now until i get the slim fan. I took the car out with my buddy who helped make this all work and we got the car around 7 psi on the stock fuel system. We tried some more but the car fuel cut. For now the car is in the process of getting tuned a little bit higher then 7 psi on the stock system. This wont be upgraded until after high school. Hopefully when i get my grade money
I plan on doing 750cc injectors, walbro 255 fuel pump, rewire it, get dsmlink v3, get the tranny rebuilt since the day after i bought it overdrive went out, along with an aem tru boost, aem wideband, and aem oil pressure gauge.

For now the car will stay as is for awhile. other then new rad. fans and a fmic soon

Oh and the only thing wrong with it is overdrive went out, the top needs help getting up, and its running rich but it has a bad o2 sensor which is soon to be fixed
