My 60-1 is on the way! I need a check list

I got a RS60T on the way from AGP. I got the feed line and the internal wastegate. They where out of the drain line. What do I need to do?
I didn't order the welded 2" 90 degree elbow because I didn't know with one? (to the driver or passenger side) What do I need to do?
Is there any gaskets are anything Else that I will need?

Here is some info on my car
GReedy fmic ( the one that runs in and out on the passenger side)
DSM link (so I still have my factory maf meter and intake)
Big 16g (that is on it now)
255 fuel pump
3" exhaust
I got 750 injector that are going in with the turbo.

How much boost do u plan on running? I dont think going internal wg on a turbo of this size is a good idea.

why? my 60-1 runs fine on an internal gate.

You can get a silicon elbow to fit the compressor housing. That way, if you ever change your setup, you wont need to have the welded elbow cut off and rewelded.

I got the turbo :)
I need to make a oil return line. Any ideas?
Planning on doing some porting on the manifold.
I want to run 18-20 psi on pump gas and 26-28 on race gas(if things don't start breaking)
 
My thoughts exactly. On stock motor you will only get like half of what that turbo has to offer. Thing will start breaking if you dont build it up.

Maybe so, but plenty of people have made a lot of power on these things with stock motors/trannies. If everyone thought this way, we'd all be driving around with 16g's.
 
You don't need a built tranny and motor to handle most turbos out there. Hell I am running a GT-42 on a stock 4G61. That is more about control. My best friends car can attest to this as well.

He has a full weight daily driven 95 GSX. He has a stock motor, stock rebuilt tranny and an SCM61. He runs high 11's at bandimere speedway on 105 octane. Other mods worth mentioning are, no balance shafts(117,xxx mile 7 bolt), kevlar timing belt, HKS 264's, Mitsubishi 4 layer head gasket, ARP head studs, ACT 2600, DSMlink V2, Walbro 255hp, SX AFPR, nippondenso 690cc, 3" turbo back exhuast(no cat(swappable test pipe), no muffler), Tial BOV and GM MAF.

There is plenty more there, but you get the idea. It is more or less bolt on parts here. This car is our test bed and is picture perfect. Car drives as if it is almost stock. Of course the exhuast and turbo lag are there, but otherwise it is perfect. He drives upwards of 80 miles a day like this. I must mention that this is an internally gated turbo and that works great as well. Manual controllers should solve most issues, at least in my experience.

Good luck with your 60-1, I maxed mine out when I had it. I had a built motor and tranny though. But my car was a track car and has since been sold. The above mentioned 2G has seen 55lb/min+ with the SCM61. How's that for a stock motor. Oh yea, the car has seen 40lb/min+ for almost 2 years now. So I think its all in the builder/tuner. Which I am both here.
