I don't know about you but I don't make shit loads of money an hour at my job so I guarentee it takes more work hours at my job then it takes time to work on a car. So while you see a guy that pays someone to do something lazy that they could have done on there own I see someone using their hard earned money to make them happy.

I'm real curious how that manifold/tb setup is gonna work out for you. I have been thinking about finding a tb that will hook up something like that but on a smaller scale that is about 2.5" and goes straight to my IC piping.

Thats a long flight home, plus he's gotta go see family, find a new place, call up the internet provider and schedule them to come install the high speed internet, miss them the first day, wait at home all day the next time they come out, finally get it up and running, and log on to dsmtuners.com first thing and give us the updates.

Ok Guys, Im back in the world of the real now

So
Updates on the car.
Im still waiting on DSS axles and Coilovers from Tanabe.
The engine bay has been re-painted and this weekend the interior will be painted
Then the engine goes back in the car and wiring will begain.

I know that probley isnt what everyone wants to hear but its the truth. BUT the car should be done this month in September.

I went to see the car and i took more pics of were the fuel pump is located and the slump for the pump. after this weekend im going to go back to PFI and take pics of the interior after it being painted.

Im so excited and i cant wait to see and hear and drive my car.

I was going to say a badass 420a buildup but I have to admit from any corner of the motorsports world that would be considered a badass buildup. Even the old gearhead v8 guys.

Congrats on getting back home safe. And yeah, definitely get video of it starting up once the motor and wiring is back in, then especially once it hits the dyno. Good luck with it in these final stages.

I ordered the SUSTEC PRO S-OC with custom spring rate and valving which is why its taking a little bit to get here.

The TPS sensor being used is a 5.0 ford TPS since the TB is made for a fox body ford it uses the TPS but the wire harness is going to be made from scratch. were not cutting and splicing the old car harness. Its eaiser to just make a new one.

What about IPS? Your kinda the only refference I have for a acufab on a 420a engine but I think that this mod is perfect especially if you have a venom/obx manifold.

Idle position switch i'm pretty sure is what it stands for. It tells your ecu when the throttle plate is closed and to cut fuel.

The only 2 sensors on the TB are IAC and TPS...

No not the tps I guess it would be the IAC but in another thread I heard them referring to it as the IPS h/o i'll find the link
