My 2G has Low idle+ wants to die..

Ok so since i bought my car, the idle has been a little off, like a little bogging at 500 RPM after warm up. Sometimes it idles fine, but once in a while it will do the bogging thing. Now ive relized that sometimes it will go as low as 200-300 RPM and then shoot to 1000 and idle weird at 500-600. Also after i installed my MBC and intake it surged right when i started, then went to normal(its never done that since) Could it be my MAF? What do you guys think..

I'd be putting money on the MAF. My 3g is the same way and I've got through 3 MAF's now. (DO NOT use the MAF cleaner you buy at autoparts stores. )

Otherwise IAC could be bad, or a dirty TB is another cause.

check all your vacuum lines
do a boost leak test
check MAF wires and plug
check your EGR valve
spark plugs
do a compression test
check fuel system also

that's just a list for you to do come back when your done

Well when I was buying it, it was worse, i just remembered. and the guy had the plugs changed.. I think I should look into those -_-

And no no CEL
