my 2g gs-t build

ok so i am starting my 2g build

i got the car for 500 with a broken connecting rod bolt broke and the piston started to hit the cylinder head but they shut it off right after words...

so where i am at now

i got the motor completely torn apart down to bear block i have the balance shaft bearings turned(not buying an eliminator kit just make my own)

i have two exhaust ports on the cylinder head ported out and polished... i also have two ports on the manifold ported in as far as i can get and polished...( air compressor took a shit today)

i am going to run a 14b turbo, with j pipe and greddy hard pipe inter cooler.... for now going to run the stock side mount... the turbo is ported and polished all i have to do is grind behind the waste gate flapper hinge so it can open up all the way

i have stock injectors(there brand new)

i want to run a 1g throttle body

i have one cylinder honed so far today

i think i am going to buy new valves i dont know yet
i am gonna get 272 delta regrinds

i have a stainless steel 3in exhaust with the flow thru cat and full flow thru cat back exhaust just need a down pipe

i am getting a rebuild kit saturday

um if i can think of any thing else ill post it

ill have pics up of the engine soon i only have ones of the car

so i need a crank or i dont know if i get get this one cut or not its pretty bad and the thrust area has a slight gouge on one side

i started honing the rest of the cylinders today so far i cant do much else with out my air compressor(engine wise any way)

so i started to put the exhaust on i only got the muffler on which is a bi*** because you have to raise the ass end super high and take the tire off to get the right angle so that on and up on the car

i am going to remove the shifter today and when i get access to a welder ill cut it down and weld it up.

i still need to get to the junk yard and look for a 1g throttle body

so i think i might just buy another block but i am waiting on the shipping price so if it ant to bad then ill get it ### its bored .20 over but my block will work
so i havent gotten the air compressor fixed yet but i got pics i am posting them now check them out

well i need to find a crank still and i have the cylinders honed and ready for the rebuild now what iam waiting on is my rebuild kit when that gets here i have to have the pistons switched out and then i got to replace the rod bolts with arp hardware and i am going to get this beast back on track

and i might have a parts car for my awd conversion

alright i got the crank situated from a local machine shop 220 for a crank then to cut it and for bearings and i should have it by thursday at the latest
