Where should I start... my car has no major mods, probably link and bolt ons. Here's the deal. I had some sputtering so I put link on to see what was going on. During cruise it was not smooth meaning slight engine bucking like it was misfiring (but no CEL). Well, on link, the only thing I found adverse was that timing would not move from 4.2 - 3.8. No matter what the RPM. On boost after 10 psi, it would sputter bad. Everything else seemed fine. I haven't had a chance to check the wires or the plug because I just came in from school. Personally, I have to do a power balance and check most of the ignition, I think that is where the problem lies.

Has any of you guys/gals had any issues like that?

Thanks,

KJ

did you search any of the forums that would be a good place to start if I was you! my imput just check your plugs and wires, do a boost leak test check all vac lines and IC pipes

That's where i'm going to start also, but why would that prevent my timing from moving above or below 4.2-3.8 degrees of timing? That's where i'm like WTF. Yes, my eyes starting hurting from reading so damn much. Nothing was really close except for the usual check plugs, wires, etc. Nothing to the effect of a flat timing *curve* <-- can't even say that. Could be a bad cam or crank sensor... &*%#^&%( if that that's the case... LOL
