MS2 sharing CLT and IAT sensors

Forgive me if this is in the wrong thread. I'm on my iPod. Has anyone tried pulling the 2 bias resistors, r2 and r4 I believe, and successfully shared the stock CLT and IAT sensors? I read that you could do this to share them and was wondering if it worked on our ECUs.

This won't work. The stock ECU uses multiple bias resistors and the MegaSquirt ECU has no way of knowing which resistor the stock ECU is currently using.

Thanks Paul. One more question. I have 16x7.5 wheels. I'm looking to lower it atleast 2 inches. Will 235 55 16s fit?

I don't know, but probably. I don't recall people getting into much trouble with 16" rims.
