alright.. first hings first.. my car is a 97 ecu.. with v3 full.. with a 95 engine harness.. everything else pretty much stayed 97.. besides engine stufff..
my first question.. all ecu's are the same 89-99? or is it 1g's different from 2g's or anything different ecu wise.. my understanding there all the same.. besides eprom stuff....
second question... are harness's the same? my understanding 1g harness are for 1g's and 2g's harness are for 2g's? or by 6 bolt - 7 bolt so to speak..
my issue is.. the orignal owner hacked the harness to hell.. so the car is a 97.. i know have a 95 harness in it.. everything plug up exactly the same but one thing..

so.. my issue is.. the both have 8 wires .. all the colors are the same.. but the 95 harness has a black wire red stripe and one black wire white stripe.. the 97 harness has two black wire white stripe.. now.. im not an electrical diagram genious...
1) can i match wiring colors to wiring colors?
2) or how do i wire the 95 harness up to the 97 relay?
(what colors go to what)

on another note.. does anyone know what the transfer case drain plug part # is.. or know where i can buy one?
and why innovate lc1 wideband came with a out-dated cord from ecm tuning.. i cant even plug it into my laptop to set anything up.. innovate sends a 9 pin-out plug to everyone computer/laptop that has a 15 pin-out plug? wtf?
