Wiring trouble

i have a 90 awd talon, i put the key in and turn it to ACC and nothing works windows, locks, horn, head lights or any of the lights, but the radio works the check engine light and low coolant light comes on....... everything works fine if i start the car... i check all of the fuses and relays and they all test good any ideas where to start? oh and it has a turbo timer on it can that have anything to do with it?

Check to see how the turbo timer is connected. They may have accidently cut the wrong wire and didnt fix it. Just start trouble shooting you will eventually find the problem. Good Luck
