Ok, i tried a lil test that my father told me to try (Old school muscle car guy).
he said remove the spark plugs and pour oil into each cylinder (was told the motor was locked up so i gave this a shot to verify....didnt hurt to try).
so i did that, gave a a few days went back and tried to turn it over at the crank pulley.

of course the shit didnt budge......
but the thing is........ the oil that i poured into the cylinders..... ended up under the car 1-2 days later (when i brought the car was told it had an oil leak, which the owner didnt get check out or fixed). Also the ex. manifold started to be soaked with oil, it like progressed over days. i would check it (it was dry as hell at first) and one port would be soaked, then check it the next day and the other would be soaked and so on.

anyone have any ideas why this took place?
thanks.....

p.s- plan to get another motor but i just wanted to know what was the deal with this.

sounds like you could probably benefit from pulling the head and taking a look. if nothing else, at least you'll get some experience and you will get to check out what the valves and pistions look like, and most likely get a better idea of why this stuff happened.

yeah...
thats what im gona do one weekend when its not so hot out.

cause the thing is.... when i got the car, and even now, if u check the oil level..... its perfect. so i guess putting in the extra oil cause it to be full as hell, and must of leak out where ever the leak was originally. but ill see once i pull it apart
