Motor mount question

This may sound like a stupid question but to bad cracked motor mounts cause a dsm 1g non turbo to jerk back and fourth after shifting but not as notocible at high speed or high rpms?

Are you shifting super hard?

No not shifting hard, shifting 1st gear at 1k to 1.5k but due to the jerking I'm having compensate it by babying the clutch using 3k they way it doesn't jerk, yes I know it's not a good idea to do since ima go through the clutch real fast. Forgot to mention regardless of the rpm shifting it still jerks and jerks real bad just like a brand new sticky clutch
