Most HP with 60-1 on a stock 6 bolt motor

I am running a 60-1 on my stock 6 bolt. With 850cc injectors, I am aiming for a safe 450hp. Is anyone running a similar setup?

i have had that setup. you will be good, just make sure the tuning is good

I think this counts as bench racing. As far as the injectors, to be safe get at least 1000s. Also the 450hp will come more from the over all setup, not just the injectors and turbo. Go to a dyno, tune it and see how far it gets you, all you can really do. No one knows what kind of HP you'll be getting out of the car, every injector flows differently, every tuning setup varies, ect.

look for 60-1 turbos on this sheet and compare your modifications with theres and you will have a rough estimate of what your 60-1 will do. What you asked could be considered bench racing so dont expect much help from anybody on the OP.

x2 on this one..There is alot of mods that will need to be done to do this power safely. You also have to remember if you have a 6 bolt (7.8.1) it will take a good amount of boost to hit your goal.. Arp studs and mls hg is a must, I'd also go with ecmlink for tuning..E-85 would help you hit your goal easier, but yet again e-85 is not sold everywere

I put a 50 trim on a stock motor with 650's, 255HP, AFPR, SAFC and exhaust and ran it fine for two yrs... the only time i hurt the motor was when i pinched the return line of the cooler between the support and my FMIC... engine ran another yr until i pulled it and found out the crank was wasted...

So long as you have a way to log and adjust for bigger injectors you should be fine if you can provide enough fuel so the engine doesn't starve for fuel...

I know that it's all in the tune to get the HP. I have ecmlink v3, 255 fuel pump and 272/272 cams. Going to the dyno next week to see how much I am right now.

Good luck at the dyno! Next time go to the dyno first and then make a post though.

Have a 50-1 on a stock 6 bolt with I believe 850cc injectors. In a conquest, but sitting at roughly 280 without a full tune. Just installed V3 and hopefully it gets better with the speed density vs the GM mass.

My mistake didnt realize it was a 60-1 post

just a quick update guys, I did 1 dyno pull and got 310hp on 15psi still using my 560cc injectors and using a dsmchip stage 3. I will be installing the ECMlink this weekend and having the car tuned. So I expect to get a lot more

I made 460 whp on 60-1 stock block with 2g pistons and 880 injectors on my old talon.

Thanks. The 850cc will be installed and moving over to a GM MAF, so I will update with the new numbers.
