Most HP, quiet exhaust

Short Answer: What exhaust provides the most hp with the least amount of noise?

thats such a subjective question... basically any exaust that adds hp will be louder than stock, and if you change out the muffler that can drastically change the sound too...

HP Makes noise. Either way when a cars faster its louder.

But to keep it down maybe ya' should atleast keep your cat. Thermal cat-back exhaust is rather nice. I had it on my old 1995 GST. Afterwards I bought a down-pipe which got rid of the cat-converter also. In the end it wasn't that loud...
