Moroso oil pan leak issues.

Has anyone figured out a way to fix the return fitting leak on the 6 bolt?

You are probably just installing it wrong. You need the correct bolts with crush washers.

The turbo oil return?

Use new gasket and a tiny (I mean really little) amount of silicone on it. Don't use too much because the silicone will squeeze into the tube and pretty much block the return. Just dealt with that on my car.

If that is the setup you have, but I don't know what the Moroso pan uses.

Its leaking from the little studs from the pan.

The best fix is to weld on one of these and be done with it.

Yea I agree Paul, I had one welded my OEM pan.

I have no issues with my Moroso pan leaking. Just gasket-ed the crap out of it when i bolted it in!
