Resolved Mitsubishi part numbers and diagrams - a good resource ?

I have found that having Mitsubishi part numbers helps in locating parts on sites like mitsubishiparts.com and even when going to a dealer.

My suggestion is a sticky for diagrams and also for part numbers.

Anyone know of a place to use VIN to find specifics ?

I always appreciate a post with factory part numbers, those posts saved me several times.

Anyway that is my suggestion.

Maybe it is already here, if so I will delete this post and apologize for being a nuisance.

ASA is actually far superior for everything EXCEPT getting the details from a Talon VIN. ASA won't do it, CAPS will.

I have attempted to use the above CAPS link to dwnld the Mitsubishi Part No finder.
BUT without success. The pdf file (available using the CAPS link above) which you can open, carries dwnld instructions & provides dwnld links - but they do not work!
I had previously dwnld a program, (link provided by Geoff Luscious) that was first posted in 2006 & seems suitable for XP OS only. Even using a compatability feature, my Win7(64) failed to install correctly.
So I am still without any ability to find the correct Mitsi Parts no for my 1991 GT V3000.

I'd very much appreciate a bit of detailed help.

Did you try this one? It was right there on a google search for "mitsubishi asa". I've been using caps or asa for at least 15 years. I can't even remember the last time I asked for a part, I just give a list of numbers I need and ask for a price.
