2G Missing Relay?

This is under the dash, I'm assuming there's suppose to be a relay here. Does anyone have any info on this? I do not have a users guide to look at fuses and relays. I just ordered one though.

Car is a 98 gst. Didn't know if i had that anywhere or not.

Well I just looked through my Chilton manual and it gives nothing. I'll have to wait til I get home for further research.

The blank spot would be for the theft alarm starter relay for vehicles with a manual transmission. The big black relay caddy-corner to that is the theft alarm starter relay for vehicles with automatic transmissions.

You'll have one or the other, not both.
