my t 25 was blown and I had a parts car gsx so I pulled the turbo 18g and installed it.
Fixed all the leaks today.
Still laggy...
Pulled the wastegate line off still laggy...
No exhaust leaks I should be worried about...
But I have noticed the the bolt holding the head of the wastegate aculator is missing the bolt that holds it to the inlet turbo hosing.
If I try to put a bolt in it wont go thru as half of the threads are covered because the mounting hole is crooked. (I hope you guys understand this)
Half throttle builds about 3-5psi, but full throttle it runs 15psi steady.
Please tell me that this missing bolt holding the aculator in place is keeping the wastegate partially open causing the slow boost increase.
heres the best pic I could take. (laptop) Ill post more later once I get my camera charged.
I DID A AMATURE SKETCH THO TO HELP UNDERSTAND
The red is the Threaded hole where the aculator mounts up to and how it is on my car right now.

I then spaced the fasteners with some washers and had to pipe tape the threads to rid the leak completely. But since the BLT held nice for you then you're good. Even still, putting a bolt in that missing spot is the best thing you can do at the moment.
