My car missfires at lower RPM's but is fine at higher RPM's. I just replaced the plugs like 1.5 months ago so that shouldn't be the problem... also my car seems to jerk hard at lower speeds (10-20 mph) in first and second gear. my car also surges because what i believe to be the aftermarket cruise control that was installed in the car before i purchased it... (not sure, but i was thinking since cruise control just vacuum pressure then that could be where the leak is coming from...) any help on this issue would be nice!

I would definately check for vacuum leaks first then check things like fuel pressure at lower rpm and check your o2 sensor.

thanks, but i could it be my fuel pump too? Cause it seems after i let my car sit for like 2 hours without driving it it takes a while to start it up. I do live in Wisconsin and it's winter time but even when i use my block heater it still doesnt start up very well. Pretty much just the same as without using it in the first place. But yea any help would be great thanks
