Hey I have a question... I found a car that was for 2000, the buyer bought it and said "It runs rich and misfires. I don't want to deal with it" (previous seller said it was the turbo most likely) I was wondering what could be the possible problems and about how much it would cost to repair. Im on AIM at iCeD OuT AnDYy if you have AIM. Thanks

Thease are the things the previous seller did:
Full 3 inch mandrel bent turbo-back exhaust
Ported 2g exhaust manifold with EGT
Ported 2g O2 housing
New 02 sensor
Hard upper intercooler piping
Motor rebuild, MLS headgasket installed
ACT2600 Clutch, Galant VR-4 Tranny, new VR4 axles up front
Walbro 255hp fuel pump
K&N Air Filter, short shifter
Ported 14b Turbo, compressor housing has a 5 degree taper, and the turbine housing is ported
Transfer case was rebuilt from the dealer after 70000 miles (recall notice)
New clutch master cylinder
TurboXS HP manual boost controller
Wired up for subs and amp, has a Pioneer DEH-P660 in it with remote.
Greddy EGT guage, VDO Boost Guage
New timing belt, rebuilt head, new head gasket, new waterpump, new intake manifold gasket.
TPSI/ISC test good but the car sometimes idles at 2,000 and sometimes idles at 800rpm. Does not smoke.
