2G Misfire 1-4 tach at 0

So I picked this 99 Spyder up and it's been running fine. Then the other day I went out to start it and it's running only on 2-3 tach is sitting on 0. I've replaced coil pack, ptu and the ECU along with CAS.. I've tried swapping the wires and still the same thing. I have no clue what could be happening.

No spark at the plug wire either for 1 and 4.

Have you checked all relays and fuses?

Yeah it turns out that the previous owner did a cop set up and tapped into the ptu wiresthen removed it. Well he did a half *** job putting the wires back together.
