went for a test drive today, still trying to get her dialed, if yall have any suggestions I'm more than open to hear it, currently has incomplete pcv system which i believe is causing built up crankcase pressure, i had my oil cap pop off breaking the metal insert on the cap that holds it down on the vc, luckily had a spare oil cap, going to replace the pcv and add vaccum line and go from there

broke the slave cylnder mounting ear amd cracked the bellhousing in the proccess so its goin on jack stands for a bit so it can get some love, i took the bumber off and found 2 out of 3 fmic mounts completely broke so ill be replacing that with a mishimoto at some point for now i just slapped some jb weld on it and its holding fine, still have yet to find the issue on the starter but thats for another day im gonna have the bellhousing welded because from what ive read on the forums you have to dissasemble the trans to take the BH off and i think im good on that for now until i get a dsm bible

So i was trying to get my car together for my birthday(today) and its all come down to a damn seal on the passenger front cv axle where it goes into the trans..🤦‍♂️ long story short i got the trans welded up just to find another broken ear on the trans side this time, but its hasnt leaked since ive owned it so it getting thrown back into the car tonight and tmr ill have the seal to slap in, i cant find anywhere that gives you the right part number for it, only one ive been told that actually fits is 710396 precision or masterpro from oriellys or AZ but they measure different thicknesses can anyone confirm which one i need to run? Also does anyone have the dimentions for the hidden bolt on the back side of the BH? mine was missing so id like to put a bolt there😂🤦‍♂️

When the transmission was still in it shifted completely normal except second would grind a bit when putting it into gear, once it was in second it was fine unless I let off while going slow or around a corner and then it would pop out into neutral so I decided to pull it after the TOB started making noise, and the TOB was toast along with the stage 3 comp clutch stop and go traffic probably was the best for it but I definety had some clutch drag. probably gonna switch to a more street friendly clutch and oem TOB. And hopefully not pulling it again for syncros...also might try a different fluid

Huge update from the last post, got the car up and running an limped it without a second gear from texas to Washington state, 2600+miles, not a single problem except the alternator pulley disintegrating in Portland Oregon, second gear still slips out of gear so for the most part I just skip second😅. I plan on sending it off to jacks to have a complete rebuild/upgrade, found the exhaust leak to be a warped exhaust manifold so I'll be replacing it with ether a ported 2g EM or a fp race manifold, unless I somehow come across an evo 3 mani then obv I'm gonna jump on it LOL, after helea is fixed I can do a boost leak test and if all turns out well I can start dialing my tune in a bit further, once all is ready I'll be adding go fast parts

So the Dsm is officially down for the count as of now. Coil pack started smoking a few weeks ago and so I replaced it and after about a week of it driving fine I got sudden power loss and pulled over and arced cylinder 1 plug wire to the valve cover and it jumped back to life, had to limp the car back home before it started running EXTREMELY rough again with major power loss, tested for spark, only cylinder 4 and 1 was sparking but only cylinder 4 was running the engine, replaced the coil thinking I got a bad part and it solved nothing. Replaced spark plugs with NGK copper, NGK plug wires and still doesn't get spark to cylinders 1, 2 or 3. Starting to wonder if my ptu is toast. And then on top of everything engine throws a (code 41 for injector circuit malfunction) so now I believe I might've broken a wire when installing the new coil pack as well

Might just be an injector wire that broke. Check the connector for all the injectors, and trace the two wires for each injector. Could've easily broken with heat and age.

Also, you have a cool birthday. ;) (mines the same)
