I search around but couldn't really find the answer i was looking for. So I just bought MBC, now i have a 95 so i have a eprom ecu. #1 Can i unhook the Bcs without the cel coming on. And #2 Can I put the Mbc in place of the Bcs using the same vacuum line's or do i have to plug those and run different line's?

I got one of those for free from a buddy, but i never got it to work. It's a bleed off type, which means it's "supposed" to bleed off pressure so the wastegate "see's" less pressure(till you boost enough). Basically you hook it to the line going from the T at your turbo/ic pipe to the bcs(leave the ic and wastegate actuator T hooked up as is) then the other port goes to the nipple on the intake(or the other line on the bcs) so that it will bleed off boost into the intake pipe until enough is produced to do that AND open the wastegate. Spring and ball is (imho) simpler and better, it would just replace the T between the ic pipe and wga and eliminate the line going to the bcs.
Wow, long, hope this helps

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I did as described in the link Skatershawn's post. Didn't have any vacuum lines attached to my boost control solenoid anyway (one nipple was broke off t'boot), so I disconnected it from the power source. Second, I bought one of the NXS manual boost controllers. Third, I waited a very short time for it to get here. This guy is on the ball and beats the pants off everyone else's prices, and his stuff works! (<3) Fourth, I fixed a problem the previous owner dumped me with concerning the BOV being connected not only to the manifold, but teed to the wastegate. All the funkiness aside, I followed the instructions included with the MBC and stuck it between the wastegate and the turbo outlet pipe nipple (keeping it as close to the boost source as I could). Finally, I cable tied it to the radiator fan housing, making sure it was in a position so that it could easily be adjusted later.

Yep, you got it, if it came with directions it'll tell you which port on the mbc goes where and which way the T goes(there is probably an arrow on it). I hope you have better luck than I did. but i gave up rather quickly once it became evident it was a bleed off type.:thumb:
