** mbc problem***

SO ALL DAY I HAVE BEEN ADJUSTING MY BOOST CONTROLLER I MADE DIY Manual Boost Controller - Honda, Acura Tech Website, tutorials, tuning and HOW-TO's. Drag racing, street racing, road racing - C-speedracing.com AND IT WONT GO PAST 9 PSI NOW I READ THREW ALL THE FORUMS ABOUT THIS AND NONE FIXED MY PROBLEM BUT I THINK MAYBE IT MIGHT BE THAT THE BOOST SOLENOID ELECTRIC WIRES ARE PLUGGED IN BUT NO VACUUM LINES. I DONT THINK ITS THE FPR THOUGH ANY HELP

Your spring is probably too weak.

The boost solenoid can't affect squat once its lines are disconnected. You need to just walk through your mbc and its install. Spring could be the problem if everything else checks out.

Also, find a keyboard with a working caps lock key.

If it isnt the mbc what other ideas do u think it could be?

DID YOU READ SOME OF THE TROUBLE SHOOTING STUFF ON THERE?
-YOU MIGHT NEED TO STRETCH THE SPRING SO IT APPLIES MORE PRESSURE TO THE BALL.


Oh... and please don't use all caps anymore. The rest of us have no problems reading a mix of upper and lower case.

....buy the same part from someone that builds them everyday and knows what they're doing, because obviously you didn't do something right.

Do you honestly expect us to be able to lend you advice to repair something that YOU built? None of us could possibly own the exact same part, so basing a thread on it is pretty pointless. You could have built it out of soda cans for all we know.
