MBC Install help

[lost gst]

Hello to all. I need some help sorting out the install of this devise.
I've read most of the pages on this in search, but I'm still not too sure.
I've installed it a few different time, with no change. So I'll add the link to
what I bought and heres what I've done.

MANUAL TURBO BOOST CONTROLLER BLUE ECLIPSE GST GSX 4G63:eBay Motors (item 250494072287 end time Sep-07-09 11:28:15 PDT)

So I routed the controller of the turbo nipple, blocked off and unpluged vacuum line
to the BCS, ran the other line to the WGA. This very simular to the post Best way to
install a MBC.

Hope I made this understandable as my mind is mush now.
