mbc not accepting any setting

i just bought a Joe p mbc, i installed it properly according to the insrutions it came wit and coming on here for reference,i had the mbc set all the waycounter clockwise which is up, and went for a test drive , did 3 rd gear pull and it hits 20 psi i quickly let off , and adjust it and it wont lower i was playing wit it for an hour and it keeps hitting 20 nuttin less. what ya guys think

maybe the ball and spring and in backwards.

which way should it be ? just pull it apart ?

the ball should be at the bottom of the mbc ( the side that your boost source goes to ) just pull it apart and flip the ball and spring.
