Ok for starters before everyone tells me to do a boost leak test I have and I know that my bov flange is leaking some. Ok here is my situation. I've been running a vacuum line straight from my turbo to my wastegate and this gives my car 9psi of boost. So yesterday I went to install my NXS boost controller and have it set to the lowest setting and on my gauge I can read 10psi but the thing is is that as soon as it hits that or around that with the boost controller my car starts bucking. I really want to run around `14 psi but I can't even get past 9 without it bucking pretty bad. Do you think that small leak at my bov flange is causing this issue? Plus like I said before when I do a vacuum line from turbo to wastegate aren't I supposed to get 10psi from the stock T25 wastegate?

I will in a bit when I can get some gasket material. Oh and I forgot to mention that when I was doing various pulls last night trying to figure out the problem that after I had been boosting it a lot that the bucking quit at 10psi and even spiked to 11 with no bucking. So maybe colder air is making it worse?
