Ok heres my question ------ im running a non turbo !g mods include header with straight pipe injun cold air intake k&n air filter ------- hacked canister for air filter Ive manage to ruin 3 sensers ( yes the mass air flow senser) in 2 months time - what am i doing wrong ?.........one guy sold me a 1.8 maf and let me tell you they dont work on a 2.0 any advice here ?...........please remember this is a non turbo .........also would there be any benefit at all for us non turbos to switch to a gm maf?
 
Nope not unless your building a N/A beast. LOL. Sounds like you have a short some where. Is your check engine light on. If its not make shure that the bulb is still in there because some ghetto fix-r-up shops take the bulb out and say that Your car is all fixed LOL. Just turn you key to the acc position and watch your gauges and the check engine light will come on for a second for a system self test. If it dont turn on at all then she must have been fixed by a FIX-R-UP shop.
