I have a rusted 2g ported manifold on my 1g with a small crack that i want to change. What do you guys recommend.(16g turbo)

Some money to spend = Forced Performance manifold.

It will look Stock and needs no modifications.
It will fit nice with your 16G Turbo.
Better Air Flow.

You should get a FP race manifold, best bolt-on manifold out there for the price

It terms of worst to best:

1. 2g manifold
2. 2g ported manifold
3. Evo3 manifold
4. FP Race manifold

Further up the list you go, so does the dollar amount.

Thanks for the info guys. I am in the same market: just discovered a separation crack in my crap tubular china header.

I have been shopping around for different vendors offering the FP cast manifold, and I will most likely spring for it. Where would you recommend purchasing to get ceramic coating and an EGT bung tapped at the same time? I am looking for the simplest/quickest solution, hopefully done by the vendor. All suggestions are appreciated:
